Education is essential for human potential development. It is the most powerful tool for lifting people from poverty and building a brighter future for children and their communities.
In 2020, having learned of some families in Tonga who were struggling as a result of COVID-19, we were proud to be able to provide 31 children with Akanesi Mataitonga Trust scholarships.
We continue to provide scholarships as and when we become aware of families in need of support. If you know of a family that could benefit, or if you'd like to help fund a scholarship, please get in touch.
